CCHI works to meet the health coverage and care needs of communities across California by providing links to services in a way that celebrates the diversity of our state and its families. Its member Children’s Health Initiatives (CHIs) are trusted by their communities because they speak the language and are dedicated and nimble when it comes to navigating the changing health care landscape. The CHIs are ready to build on successful children’s health coverage outreach and enrollment efforts to enroll tens of thousands of uninsured Latino children and their parents into Medi-Cal and Covered California, the new Health Insurance Marketplace.
