United Way of Greater Toledo is committed to ensuring all children have access to health services and has accepted the Connecting Kids to Coverage Challenge.  We advocate for simplified enrollment procedures and actively connect uninsured children and families to health coverage. 

However, we recognize that it is not enough for children to simply have health insurance; they must have access to high-quality health care and actually utilize available health services.  We partner with schools, community organizations, government entities, and advocacy coalitions to ensure our community has a seamless health care system, and all children receive health care.
