Agency/Organization Collaboration
I believe that agencies and organizations that work with the low income families should be able to get the review paperwork for the family and help them submit it before they have to redo an entire application. Most of the times the clients that I serve either moved and didn't change address, didn't realize it was a renewal form and threw it away, or just never received it. By the time this happens, most children have lost coverage and have to start the whole process again. There has to be a way to add the renewal date to the eligibility screen in KMAP. When I was checking KMAP, I could see when the renewal was going to happen and then do the paperwork with the family myself or make sure they are requesting it and looking for it in the mail.
