Single Stop USA fights poverty nationwide by helping low-income families and students access public benefits— including public health insurance, nutrition and housing assistance, and tax credits— as well as legal assistance and financial counseling.  Single Stop’s goal is to maximize the reach and effectiveness of existing resources through its on-the-ground program model, strategic initiatives and its policy work.  The goal is to provide immediate relief and to leverage the combined impact of services to permanently move families out of poverty and to economic security.
